Once you have searched our web portal and chose the desired service,
“Request an offer” field will appear. If you click on that field you
will open a query form, which will ask you for the information necessary
for the creation of the individual offer. After your query has been
sent, our team will contact you shortly. We will create the requested
offer with all service specifications and with the total price. You can
also contact us via telephone or email. To provide all information
regarding the destination, medical services, accommodation, transport
and other , Croatia Medical Travel Team stands at Your disposal. There
is a possibility that you will have some questions regarding our offers
and the reservation process... However, before the final reservation we
will explain all the steps of the procedure and answer your questions.
Acceptance of the offer
If you accept our offer, we will proceed with the booking of the desired
service and send you the confirmation of the reservation together with
the complete documentation, via email and also by mail. After you have
signed the booking confirmation and paid the deposit, the reservation
becomes fixed and binding.
