What is the fastest way to find what I want?
Our services are divided into different categories You can choose
between different types of treatment, destinations, institutions and
„all inclusive“ packages. If you have any further questions or need
further informations, do not hesitate to contact us.
What kind of products can I book over Croatia Medical Travel?
On our web site you will find our entire offer, including theoffer in
various medical treatments in carefully selected medical institutions;
Medical tourism in Spa centers; Wellness; Accommodation in hotels,
villas, pensions or private accommodation; Flight reservation;
Organization of transport; Rent-a-car; Package arrangements;
Excursions; Other activities in the desired destination.
May I book only one service?
Of course, you can book only one service. You can book as much services
as you wish, as well as the complete package. Each inquiry will be
processed individually with special attention paid to your wishes and
preferances.
May I create my own package, or modify the existing one?
Yes, if you explain us your wishes and needs, we can create a package
individually, according to your guidelines. After we create the offer,
based on your requests, it will be sent to You via email, fax or other
means of communication.
Do you have discounts (for seniors, students, children)?
We offer discounts for children. However, in our offer you can find
variou special offers, as well as special discount prices of medical
treatments and procedures in different institutions. Become a
registered user and you will receive our Newsletter and be informed
about all actions and special offers.
Why there is sometimes difference between the price quoted on your web site from the actual price?
Prices may vary due to number of persons, date of travel, the volume of
treatment, required length of stay, changes in taxes or fees, changes
in prices of other tour operators, etc. All these factors can lead to
changes in the final price.
Please consider our prices presented on the web site or in the
newsletter only informative. Contact us and request an individual offer
and we will create the offer for the requested services. The final
package price will also be given in the official offer as well as in
the reservation confirmation.
RESERVATION
How much do I have to book in advance?
You can always book our services, regardless whether you have contacted
us several months in advance or just a few days before the departure.
We only need enough time for the organization of services where we have
a mediating role. In case of the last minute booking, the payment is
made on the spot, directly to the service provider.
When will I receive a booking confirmation?
After all the travel details have been agreed upon and the booking is
officially confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation with all
travel documents via email.
Can I book a service or a package arrangement via internet?
No, all bookings are made in writing after consultation and coordination with you.
Can I make changes after the booking?
If you want to modify certain items in your reservation, you must
notify us in writing 30 days before arrival. We will try to execute it
depending on the type of change.
Do I have any expenses when changing the reservation?
First change in the reservation, if possible, will be done free of
charge. All changes in the price depend on the changes made in the
reservation and conditions of the service providers. For each
additional reservation modification we will charge 10 EUR per change.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, cancellation of the reservation must be submitted in writing. You
can find the cancellation policy in the General Terms & Conditions
of the Agency.
How and in what order do I pay for the booked service or package?
After the reservation confirmation it is required to pay the deposit of
40% of the total price, and the rest of the amount the latest 21 days
before the start of the service. If the service will start within 21
days,100% of the total amount must be paid on the reservation
confirmation
What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made by bank transfer, and some services can be paid on
the spot. All the payment details you will find in the booking
confirmation or in your travel documents.
What is „my corner“?
Only a register user can be logged in „my corner“, where he can find
contact details of the agency and can access his previous
reservations.
You can become a registered user at any time and you can edit "my
corner" as you wish. You can view and print Offers, Vouchers, Travel
documents, Invoices and Payments.

Who should be notified if my arrival time is changed?
We kindly ask you to inform us in case of any change. We will arrange a new schedule for you.
