Mr. sc. Dubravka Topljak-Polić, MD – specialist radiology
Born in 1957
. in Opatija. She attended Gymnasium in Rijeka, and she obtained a diploma at the Medical University in Rijeka, in 1980. Dr Topljak - Polic worked in clinics of general medicine in Rijeka and the surrounding region, and in the period from 1984 - 1988 she was living in Brasil.
Specialization in radiology she has acquired in January 1995. at the Department of Radiology, at the Rijeka hospital. Thesis on "Early diagnosis of occult breast lesions with ultrasound and mammography," she defended in April 1994. year. In the clinic Medico works since 2004.
She is a member of Croatian and European Society of Radiology as well as Croatian and European Senologic society. With conventional radiological diagnostics, ultrasound, MSCT and MRI, the narrow area that she deals with is the diagnosis of breast diseases available to all procedures (ultrasound, digital mammography, MRI, FNB, CNP).
She has specialized in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Pecs, Augsburg, Venice, Maastricht and other. She has participated in numerous seminars and conferences in the country and abroad. Also, she is author and coauthor of several papers. She is married with two children. She speaks English and Portuguese.
