FITNESS CENTER - POLYCLINIC PEHAREC
Fitness center enables a modern sports – recreational exercise to improve the psycho-physical abilities and health, with lots of fun and pleasant communication.
The fitness center is also intended for the group of users, mostly athletes who use the center facilities for general physical training and functional rehabilitation.
The Fitness center Peharec is equipped with devices for strengthening the muscle groups and simulators for aerobic training. Within the fitness center there is a space for the exercise on mats, and at users disposal are also various technical aids and equipment, males and female locker rooms with showers.
In the fitness center is a professional staff who offer their support and help in order to raise the general and targeted body capacities, regardless of age, gender and skills level of the users.
Group programmes in the fitness center Peharec:
1. „Kinezitherapy for children - are intended for children of younger and middle age with incorrect posture, deformities of the spine, hips and feet, and athletes with a typical sports injuries.
2. „Pilates“ method of shaping the body that contains exercises to strengthen and stretch all muscle groups. Exercise goals: improvement of the posture, to increase mobility and flexibility of the joints, eliminating stress and relaxation. Pilates exercises are recommended for persons with lumbar pain syndromes.
3. „Fitness-Pilates“ advanced level of the Pilates exercises with an aerobic component involved when changing the exercise without a break and rest. Fitness-Pilates exercises improve the fitness abilities, strength and flexibility while also contributing to the reduction of subcutaneous adipose tissue.
4. „Back pain“ spada part of kinesiotherapeutic exercises for the purpose of preventative and corrective actions,which triggers the whole body, contributes to the preservation of general health status, establishing a regular breathing rhythm, prevent muscle atrophy, contributes to the preservation of general joint mobility, mobilize the whole spine and strengthen muscles used to maintain the spine.
5. „Aquagym“ exercise in the water as one of the healthiest forms of exercise without the stress and burden of the joints.
